If you lose money on an intercity bus, the head of the group will report it to the Sector when you arrive at your destination by stating the number and identity of the bus company you are taking. If possible, immediately contact the bus company, stating the bus number and the identity of the bus company you are taking. Furthermore, the Sector Officer after receiving the report of the loss tries to help to overcome it and resolve it by contacting the transportation company.

If you lose money on accommodation or hotels. So if it is lost due to a pilgrim’s mistake, it is reported to the Sector, and the hajj pilgrims concerned are advised to always keep their valuables. If the bag is lost because the bag is forcibly disassembled, the items that are unloaded must not be touched and their position is left as is until there is an inspection by the Maktab/Majmuah and the police. Maktab officers take the body to the funeral service for burial. If the family wants the funeral prayer at the Grand Mosque/Nabawi Mosque take care of it together with Maktab/Majmuah. After praying, the body is buried in Ma’la if it dies in Mecca or in the Makkah/Siti Hawa if it dies in Jeddah or in Baqi if it dies in Medina.

If the death is at the Saudi Arabia Hospital (RSAS), the Head of the Group after being notified by the Sector/Daker officer immediately checks and informs his family. The head of the group collects and records the deceased’s tirkah and reports it to the Sector/Daker. If there is a late family, the tirkah is handed over to the family with a receipt. If there is no family, it is handed over to Daker with a receipt for the process of sending it to the family of the deceased in the country. 4. The problem of the Arafah Mina (Armina) Hajj Congregation Bus Transport Cannot Accommodate

The cause of this problem arises because the pilgrims are fighting each other to be able to go on the first bus trip or the number of buses is not sufficient. The solution is for the Head of the Group to coordinate with the Maktab and Sector and continue to try to calm the congregation to be patient waiting for the next bus, because all the congregation will definitely be transported. In addition, coordinated with other crew members and Group leaders in organizing the congregation who took part in the first and second trips.

5. Problems of Accident Hajj Pilgrims

The cause of the accident could be because the pilgrim was hit by a vehicle, fire, or crushed by another pilgrim when they were jostling while performing tawaf or throwing jamrah.

The solution is for the crew to coordinate with the Sector to report to the nearest police station and ask for an ambulance to immediately receive treatment at the RSAS. Then report to the Sector/Daker and Maktab about the incident and ask for help from a liaison appointed by Daker/Maktab to take care of the case.

If the police concerned is given a form to fill out/minutes, it is necessary to ask for clarity/translation before the minutes are signed. If there is no family or person who can be trusted to attend the court proceedings regarding the accident, you can request/represent the Consulate General in this case the Office of Hajj Affairs.

6. Fire Problems at Accommodation/Campgrounds

Fire incidents also often occur during the Hajj pilgrimage, such as due to electrical shorts, damage to stoves or cooking utensils, and littering of cigarette butts.

This incident can occur because the pilgrims are seriously ill or the officers do not provide guidance for ihram. As for the solution, the head of the group monitors the health conditions of the pilgrims and reports to the Head of Worship Guidance that the pilgrims have not performed the Hajj or Umrah pilgrimage. Furthermore, the executor of the Worship Guidance Service gave an explanation to the pilgrim to perform Hajj/Umrah pilgrimage from Mecca and was not subject to a dam because the law is the same as for a resident.

9. The Problem of Female Hajj Pilgrims Not Tawaf Ifadhah Until When The Group Returns To The Country

10. The Problems in Hajj Pilgrims Not Throwing Jamrah

The reason may be that the congregation is sick / Udzur / is too old or is being treated in a hospital on a wukuf safari.

The solution is if the congregation has a family, then the Head of the Kloter reminds the family to represent throwing the jamrah. If there is no family, the chairman of the group will remind Group Leader to represent throwing jamrah. And if Karu/Karom is not capable, then the Head of the Group must represent him, or ask for help from the Sector officer.

11. The Problem of Hajj Pilgrims Not Having Ihram Intentions Even though They Have Passed the Miqat

The reasons can be various, maybe because the pilgrims do not understand the science of Hajj rituals,
do not know the place of miqat or there is no information from the officer, or team leaders.

The settlement method for pilgrims who do not intend to Ihram is that the person concerned is obliged to pay and Isa’ah (error) or return to the miqat that has been exceeded before carrying out one of the pillars. However, when he arrived in the Haram, then he had to go out and take the closest miqat at least two marhalah (not tan’im or ji’ronah).

So the solution is that the pilgrims are reminded that starting the sa’i must be from the hill of Safa, then TPIHI guides the pilgrims to carry out the correct sa’i.
